Friendly staff made us feel welcomed , with direct access to the gondola being a significant perk.

Limited spa options were overcrowded at times , making relaxation a challenge.

It is a cute hotel with an excellent restaurant offering a variety of delicious fresh options, and efficient staff readily provide assistance.

Very helpfull staff, the food in the buffet is quite good and the location is excellent, you can access the ski lift from the parking floor.

The spa / jacuzzi / swimming pool area is quite small, so it can get overcrowded really fast.

The location with regards to the main gondola llift to Pal.

The noise. The hotel accoustics are very bad and sound really travels - not great when you want to sleep!!

Booked single room, that included a mini fridge bar, a personal safe, and central heating. The location was perfectly comfortable and perfect, near a park and a mountain. Also, the area was extra comfy...

new-fashioned and huge room available with a safe, tv plus a pullout bed. great breakfast to star a day with good wine.

This modern place is spacious with a pullout bed sofa at a fair price of £310.

Exellent young manin the reception, very quick and spoke excellent English, my Spanish is very bad. He also recomended a couple of restaurants for us wich all of them were very good.

Hooks! Yes it's true, some hooks in the hotel room had been excellent. You can't leave all you ski clothes down in the ski cupboards and you end up hanging stuff on door hangers and heaters.

The units were huge and extremely spacious with a pullout bed. the staff is nice and amicable. the hotel offers a great and stunning location near a restaurant called Versio Original.

Great location right next to the gondola (literally steps away!). The food was delicious with a solid buffet breakfast to fuel a day on the slopes. The staff were great.

The room here is stylish and has an amazing view. Plus, you'll love the bathtub in the bathroom! 🛁.

Direct access to the gondola makes hitting the slopes easy, just walk down a couple of stairs. Breakfast options blew me away, with fresh pastries and an ice cream station keeping the little ones entertained.

Unfortunately, the noise levels weren't ideal-common areas echoed with kids playing while others tried to relax. Often stopping at every floor and causing delays prompted me to take the stairs more often than I'd like. The room could use better air circulation, as it felt warm even with the air conditioning on, which might be tricky for light sleepers. Parking fees bit a little deep at €21 a day, and knowing if a spot would even be available was like a game of chance.

Friendly and helpful staff who quickly guided us to our room and went over all the facilities 🌟. the accommodation was spotless too! .

Direct access to the gondola makes it super convenient for skiing. Rooms a bit noisy at night. Enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet, especially fresh pastries and ice cream. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any needs. Also loved the availability of bike rental for those looking to explore the area. A cozy stay.

Perfect ski getaway!

The family room was cozy and warm. The 4 single beds were perfect for our kids. The staff were super nice and always ready to help out. Breakfast was yum, especially the fresh pastries. Just wish there were more cups in the room. We had only one for all of us. 10/10 Experience overall!
